At the inaugural World Health Congress at the Yale Club in New York on Nov 1-2, 2025, the future of health and healthcare was discussed over a large number of panels, workshops, and small group discussions. The elite group of speakers and panelists who lead top healthcare institutions around the world gave their take on what the future of healthcare could look like and how long before we can reach that future.
Zoi Capital Managing Director, Dr. Ronald Razmi, participated in multiple panels to discuss whether we will have a future where doctors will no longer be necessary and which use cases for AI will gain initial adoption in healthcare. While the perspectives varied on the timelines of when meaningful impact of AI will be realized in patient outcomes and experience, there was consensus that we’re at the dawn of a new era. As the various barriers such as fragmented data, unproven ROI, workforce training, and more are addressed, we will arrive at a new era of abundance that will be powered by human + machines.
